• Where is the store based?

  Châtillon, France

• Shipping Policy

  Shipping does not include insurance. If your item is lost in transit, I am not responsible for replacement or compensation. If you want an insurance, please contact me first so I can figure out the price for your shipping.
  I am not responsible for any customs, brokerage or border fees that may occur.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
  I ship from France so please consider extra time if you live outside of the European Union.
  Also I work in the animation industry during the week so I usually take care of my orders on saturdays. If however you are in a hurry and want your package delivered very quickly, don't hesitate to contact me first.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do! I ship from Europe so yes! :D
